To reach your maximum potential on your AeroPilates reformer, you may have to upgrade the standard black cords for our red Double Power Cords. Each cord (two included) adds 40 percent more resistance than the original cords that came with your Stamina AeroPilates reformer, helping you build more strength in your Pilates workouts.
